- Open Barns! - Several times each year we open the farm for visitor weekends. Spring Open Barns will be the first weekends of Febrary and March (6-7 Febrary, and 6-7 March) 12-5pm both days. The baby goats are already being born, so we'll have a some portin of the 120-150 we expect this season on the ground.
Simple comfort food (Soups, JohnnyCake, Brownies, hot drinks, etc.) for the hungry will be on sale in the Inn, and some of the first goat cheese of the new year!
Our Open Barn events have always been free, but starting this year we're requesting a donation to Heifer Project International. - CSFA Farm Tour - Earth Day weekend (24-25 April) is the annual Carolina Farm Stewardship Assn.'s Piedmont Farm Tour. We're one of some 40 farms that will be open for touring that weekend.
- Sunday Dinners - Celebrity Dairy continues our monthly Sunday 1:30 pm afternoon dinners:
February 14th - Valentine's Sunday 14 Feb - 1:30 pm.
March 21st - a seasonal wine dinner with Chapel Hill's chef/owners Chip Smith & Tina Vaughn of Bonne Soiree restaurant. - 1:30 pm
April 11th & 18th - a double header month with dinners on Easter Sunday, and the following 3rd Sunday-
