Your Hosts at Celebrity Dairy Its hard to predict who will meet you - but the trio in this photo are the most likely. Brit (center) is your host, and especially enthusiastic about showing off the goats. A recently engineer who builds and repairs things, he's the evening milker, so after 6:00 PM, you'll find him out in the barn doing the evening milking. Under Fleming's tutelage, he's also learning how to cook. Fleming (right) runs the dairy. A studio weaver for 30 years, she is responsible for our award-winning goat cheese. Somehow she still finds time to work her artistic magic making the inn and its food special. Kathryn (foreground) seems to have taken on the role of official greeter. As a kid - here nibbling on our one redbud tree in July 1998 - she would routinely leap over 2-3 fences to come greet visitors. Having twins the 9th of December slowed her down a bit, but she's getting back in practice. Last, and probably least, are the free range yard chickens. Their activity provides us incomparable eggs, endless amusement, and a compelling reason to wipe your feet carefully before coming indoors.
